Understanding the Role of International Relations and Fund Development:
- How international relations contribute to expanding the foundation’s global reach.
- The importance of fund development in sustaining and expanding the foundation’s projects.
- Overview of the tools and platforms used for managing international relations and fundraising.

International Relations:
- Research on potential international partners (NGOs, governmental bodies, international organizations).
- Stay updated on global trends and developments relevant to the foundation’s focus areas.
- Analyze and report on successful international collaborations in similar organizations.
Fund Development:
- Research potential donors, grant opportunities, and funding sources.
- Understand the landscape of funding in the nonprofit sector, especially related to the foundation’s mission.
- Analyze successful fundraising campaigns and identify key strategies.

International Relations:
- Identify potential countries/regions for expansion or collaboration.
- Develop strategies for engaging with international stakeholders.
- Suggest potential events, conferences, or forums for the foundation’s participation.
Fund Development:
- Assist in developing a comprehensive fundraising plan.
- Identify key funding goals and timelines.
- Propose innovative fundraising strategies, including digital campaigns, crowdfunding, and corporate partnerships.

International Relations:
- Assist in establishing and nurturing relationships with international partners.
- Draft introductory emails, proposals, and memorandums of understanding (MOUs).
- Participate in online meetings, webinars, and conferences to represent the foundation.
Fund Development:
- Build a database of potential donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Assist in drafting grant proposals and funding applications.
- Establish and maintain communication with donors, providing updates on how their contributions are being utilized.

International Relations:
- Create content that promotes the foundation’s international collaborations (blogs, newsletters, social media posts).
- Prepare briefs, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft speeches and talking points for international events.
Fund Development:
- Develop content for fundraising campaigns, including appeals, brochures, and online content.
- Create compelling narratives that highlight the impact of the foundation’s work.
- Assist in designing visual materials (infographics, charts) that communicate the foundation’s success to potential donors.

International Relations:
- Regularly monitor the progress of international collaborations and partnerships.
- Track the impact of international outreach efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports on the outcomes of international initiatives.
Fund Development:
- Track the progress of fundraising activities against set goals.
- Monitor donor engagement and retention rates.
- Prepare reports that analyze the success of fundraising campaigns, including financial data and donor feedback.

Skill Building:
- All are encouraged to participate in workshops, webinars, and online courses related to international relations and fundraising.
